"For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” (Rev 19:10b) The word testimony in the Hebrew means “do it again.” There is power in recording and sharing the testimonies of God for our generation and for generations to come. 1. It reveals His nature. (What He is like) 2. It encourages our faith to believe God for present breakthrough and for future breakthrough. (Spirit of prophecy)

Unexpected checks come in
One Sunday night in the Kingdom Culture School, Pastor Doug Roe from Dayton Vineyard was speaking on encountering the fathers love. At one point he declared over the whole congregation that people would receive unexpected checks in the mail. Shortly after that two men who were present that night said they had received unexpected checks!
Man encounters God and goes from despair to hope
Last Saturday before we went out on the streets we were praying and asking God what was in His heart. One of the men on the team heard this phrase "What brought you to this conclusion about God?". He had a sense that we were going to run into some body who needed this question. As we were walking the streets looking for people to love on, we saw a man exiting a beer drive thru. We approached him and asked him if there was anything we could pray for in his life. He instantly began to push us away saying, "Have you heard what is going on in the world today!?" He specifically said he did not want to hear about the goodness of God and was about to get on his bike and leave. We tried to shake his hand and he even refused our handshake. The man who had heard the "phrase" prier to going out on the streets said to him, "You are the guy I have been looking for! What brought you to that conclusion about God?" This question caused him to stop from leaving and he got off of his bike to have a conversation with us. He explained to us how all of the evil in the world today caused him to question the goodness of God. At that point we began to give him encouraging prophetic words and called out the value in him. We could tell he his heart was beginning to soften up and he was willing to let us pray for him. He let us shake his hand and as we prayed for him he began to laugh and said, "I can feel that!" He encountered the presence of God and began to experience hope. We explained to him that he was experiencing the God of all hope. As he was leaving he told us that he was going to begin to open up his heart to God and that we had really surprised him. By the end we both gave him a hug and he was all smiles. He got rocked with the goodness of God!!
Young boy pushes his wheelchair home
In the spring of 2012 we were in Stockton California on a Kingdom Culture mission trip. One Saturday during our time there we were helping a local ministry pass out bags of groceries to the poor and needy. After passing out all the bags we met a young boy who was in a wheelchair out in the parking lot. He was in the wheelchair due to a condition in his brain that caused his legs not to function properly. He said that he wanted to be able to walk, so some of our students and staff laid hands on his head and began to pray for his brain to be healed. After praying for a little while, me and the other staff member at the time pulled him up out of the wheelchair and began to walk with him. Before long he began to walk on his own without falling to the ground! I was so dumbfounded by the whole thing that I honestly thought that maybe he could walk the whole time and that it was just a joke that he was in a wheelchair! He was walking so well I almost didn't believe it. At that moment I looked over at his mother who was across the parking lot and she was dumping tears! Then I knew it was real. His mother explained to us (with tears running down her face) that her son could not do that before we all prayed for him. The young boy put their bag of groceries in his wheelchair and we watched him push it home without any help from others. Praise God!!

Two drunk men encounter the love of Jesus!
Name: Micah Level
Where: In the community
A few weeks back we were out in the Selma Neighborhood. We went into the park and I was drawn to two men sitting on the park bench. They were both drinking and were yelling at one another. I got an impression that one of them had neck pain. I walked up to them and just stated why I was there, simply bringing the love and manifest presence of Jesus into the neighborhood. I then boldly and frankly asked, "which one of you has neck pain?" instantly tears filled one of the man's eyes and he said, "That's me!" I told him that Jesus was going to heal him right then and there and I asked if we could pray for him. I began to pray for him and he started to cry even more and said that the pain was gone. I then began to prophecy Jeremiah 29:11 over his life, then the others that were with me began to prophecy over him as well. In his tears he said, "Man this is crazy, my friend over here said the same thing to me earlier when he sat down on the bench with me. He said God had a plan for me!" I then looked over at the other man (Older man) and proceeded to tell him that he had a prophetic anointing on his life and shared 1 Corinthians 12 with him. I asked him to pray with me for his buddy. He looked at me and said "You do that!" I then took his hand and began to declare more words over the other mans life. As I was speaking these things over him, I looked over at the older man who's hand I was holding and Holy Spirit was encountering him. He was dumping tears and crying like a little child. I then shifted over to him and began to pray for him and he said "Man, wooo, I feel him!" I told him that it was Holy Spirit. As they were both crying they were both saying, "I thought he had forgotten us! I thought he had left us!" I told them that Jesus loved them and that he never left them and that he was coming in His goodness. All the others with me gave strong encouraging words over their lives as well. We also prayed for them to be sobered and filled with the Holy Spirit. They were totally encouraged and were rocked by God's love.

Man encounters God on park bench
Name: Micah Level
Where: In the community
A few Saturdays back we were out in the community at the Clark Gas Station on Selma Rd. and a thought went through my head about a man wearing a black hat. We left Clark's and walked over to the park and I noticed to men sitting on a bench, and one was wearing a black hat. I approached them and said, "Hey! We are out here bringing the love and manifest presence of Jesus Christ into your neighborhood. As we were walking by I was drawn to you both." As I was talking I got an impression that the man with the black hat had pain in his body and that he had arthritis. I proceeded to boldly tell him that he had pain and arthritis in his body and he said that he did. I prayed for him and he encountered the presence of God and said he felt better and that his back felt looser. I then began to prophecy over him and call out his destiny. I asked if he new the Lord and if he had invited him into his life. He said that he did know the Lord. He was deeply encouraged and touched by God.
