Two drunk men encounter the love of Jesus!

Name: Micah Level

Where: In the community

A few weeks back we were out in the Selma Neighborhood. We went into the park and I was drawn to two men sitting on the park bench. They were both drinking and were yelling at one another. I got an impression that one of them had neck pain. I walked up to them and just stated why I was there, simply bringing the love and manifest presence of Jesus into the neighborhood. I then boldly and frankly asked, "which one of you has neck pain?" instantly tears filled one of the man's eyes and he said, "That's me!" I told him that Jesus was going to heal him right then and there and I asked if we could pray for him. I began to pray for him and he started to cry even more and said that the pain was gone. I then began to prophecy Jeremiah 29:11 over his life, then the others that were with me began to prophecy over him as well. In his tears he said, "Man this is crazy, my friend over here said the same thing to me earlier when he sat down on the bench with me. He said God had a plan for me!" I then looked over at the other man (Older man) and proceeded to tell him that he had a prophetic anointing on his life and shared 1 Corinthians 12 with him. I asked him to pray with me for his buddy. He looked at me and said "You do that!" I then took his hand and began to declare more words over the other mans life. As I was speaking these things over him, I looked over at the older man who's hand I was holding and Holy Spirit was encountering him. He was dumping tears and crying like a little child. I then shifted over to him and began to pray for him and he said "Man, wooo, I feel him!" I told him that it was Holy Spirit. As they were both crying they were both saying, "I thought he had forgotten us! I thought he had left us!" I told them that Jesus loved them and that he never left them and that he was coming in His goodness. All the others with me gave strong encouraging words over their lives as well. We also prayed for them to be sobered and filled with the Holy Spirit. They were totally encouraged and were rocked by God's love.
